Memorial and Museum Sachsenhausen Oranienburg
The memorial commemorates the history of the concentration camp Sachsenhausen (1936 - 1945), of the Soviet special camp No. 1/7 (1945 - 1950) as well as the history of the origins of the National Memorial (1945 - 1961). A total of 13 permanent exhibitions are open to visitors in well-preserved buildings which connect their thematic focus with the corresponding location. Special exhibitions provide further insight into additional topics. Extensive musical education offers are also available to visitors of the memorial. The website of the museum presents online exhibitions and a dead book.
