
Hans-Grade Museum Borkheide
The museum presents the history of the aviation pioneer Hans Grade, his work in Borkheide from 1909 until 1946 and the history of the airfield Borkheide from 1909 until the present. The air field is among the oldest in Germany and was built around 1909 in Bork - Borkheide today. A video with original recordings of aviation history awaits. Historical airplanes, such as the inter-flight Ilyushin IL-18 are located on the premises of the museum.
