Spreewald Museum Lübbenau
The museum conveys the historical and cultural development of the Spreewald region. Further emphasis is placed on the history of the judicial system and the church and crafts history of the region. Modeled in the style of the 19th century, artisan workshops and small shops ranging from the pub over a general store to the shoemaker's workshop invite the visitors to travel into the past. Authentic historical objects are used. A special attraction is the Spreewald Train with its original steam engine 995703. Adventure stations, guided tours and events make the history palpable.
