Museum House Lubusz Land
This beautifully restored half-timber house, one of the oldest of the town, is the home of the permanent exhibition about the history of the Lubusz land, diocese and city. One section of the museum is dedicated to the background of the famous author and former inhabitant Günter Eich and the painter Karl Lukas Honegger. Visitors are also presented with changing exhibitions, exploring content specific to the region. Through the organization of lectures, discussion evenings and different cultural events, such as Open House for Memorials or the Reading Circle Lubusz, the institution has gained a reputation as an important cultural center and place of encounter in the region around the Oder River.
