Museum Templin
Visitors are invited to learn about the city, regional and museum history of Templin in the Prenzlau Gate. The exhibits are surrounded by the excavated walls of the historical city gate. The focus of the museum is on the transitions and transits between city and country, symbolized by the city wall of which the Prenzlau Gate is a part. Personalities such as the Uckermark poet Erna Taegge are introduced as well. Special exhibitions and educational museum events for children are also on offer.
