The palace from the late baroque period was laboriously restored and served as the residence of the Prince of Pückler. In addition to the historic palace rooms, special exhibitions about the Prince and the palace grounds are offered regularly. Furthermore, the palace holds the art collection with works by the painter Carl Blechen (1798 - 1840). The park was designed by Hermann Prince of Pückler-Muskau and invites visitors to take a stroll and marvel at garden art. Other highlights include the royal stables and the historical palace nursery. The visitor center in the estate is home to service installations, the museum shop, event locations and an exhibition.
